| Our store managers are responsible for the entire
operation of the business, that involves buying and merchandising shoes, selling and
fitting, advertising, hiring, bookkeeping, customer relations, displays and maintenance. Even though each store operates independently, the managers rely upon the cooperation of other Brown's stores in their area to do their very best. |
