About Me:

My dad runs the Brown’s Shoe Fit in College Station, TX, so I grew up in the company, but I’ve officially been with Brown’s for about 18 years. I remember unloading freight and breaking down boxes at 14, when Crocs were all the rage. Occasionally my dad would take me out of school early on a Friday and we’d load up the boot truck and sell boots all weekend.

I’ve been in Longview for about 7 years now, and I’d say those experiences helped set me on this path. One of the things I enjoy most about running my own store is the changeover of seasons with all the new products we have to offer.

Some of my favorite things include:

SHOES! I have more shoes in my personal collection than I know what to do with. The variety in my closet is crazy. I have everything from American Caiman alligator boots to hot red flip flops.

I also enjoy a good BBQ, pizza, golf, Fantasy Football, and cheering on my favorite teams, the Cowboys, Rangers, Ducks, and Bulls. But, my favorite thing of all, and the thing that makes me the happiest, is being Franklin’s dad.

Here at Browns’s Shoe Fit Longview, we stock a multitude of sizes and widths so we are able to accommodate just about any customer that comes to see us. We take pride in providing a family atmosphere in our store with the emphasis on exceptional customer service and great quality products.

More Than “Just Shoes”

We just remodeled our store for the first time since 1998, so we are very excited to show it off. We want our customers to have a great time shopping with us, and the updates really enhance the whole experience. We really want to be a one stop shop for our customers, so we carry a lot more than just shoes. Stop in and see everything our newly remodeled store has to offer!

Giving Back

We like to give back to the community, so we sponsor a lot of races and local running events in town, including the LeTourneau University 5K.  We also do lots of shoe giveaways, and we also help out with East Texas Giving Day.
