If you would like to request a return or exchange, please email onlinesales@brownsshoefitco.com with your order number. For exchanges, tell us the style/size you want in return. We will e-mail you a prepaid shipping label to return the shoes.

All merchandise must be shipped to us in original condition, in the original product box, and in proper packaging. Please place the boxed product in a proper shipping box or padded envelope when returning. Please do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage, or an address label to a shoe box will result in a minimum $10 fee.

Refunds will be issued 1-3 business days after the return is received.

Versatile Drop-In Heel® for shoe or slide functionality, embroidered and embossed logos and flat laces. A combination of two tone mesh and synthetic suede with full-grain leather accents and a soft, breathable mesh lining. Dual-density anatomical PU footbed provides extra cushioning for immediate comfort. Soft, single-layer mesh footbed cover with a custom digital fern print. Removable and washable.
