45 Day Returns Window
We know you will love everything you order from our site, but in case you need to return something, we will gladly accept unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 45 days of Order. As we cannot guarantee the comfort of our products, please make sure you are happy with your purchase before wearing outside. If you need to exchange your purchase for another size or style, simply return your purchase for a refund and place a new order on our site. To start a return please click the button below.

  • Return shipping: If you purchase Checkout+ at checkout, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, Our $10 Return label Fee will be deducted from you Refund. 
  • EFFECTIVE 02/10/2026 – If Check+ is not selected- The Return label can be purchased through our return link.  The $10 Return label fee will NOT be duducted from your return.
  • What is Checkout+ ? Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order.
  • By adding Checkout+ on your order, you will receive:
      • Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, your return shipping label is covered.
      • Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim, and upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.

Checkout+ as well as shipping charges are non-refundable services.

$10 Label Fee
Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment once received by our warehouse minus a $10 return label fee. Although it usually happens sooner, please allow 3-5 days for us to process your refund after your item is delivered to us. You will receive an email confirmation letting you know once your refund is complete.

In Store Returns
If you’re close to one of our store locations, we encourage you to return your purchase there and save on the label fee. We can process your refund right away, and hopefully find you something else you love!

Defective Merchandise
In the rare instance that you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer service department so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Item and Packaging Condition
Please note that boxed footwear that is returned to us with labels or tape attached directly to the shoe box and not returned in a separate shipping box will incur a $20 re-boxing fee to be deducted from your refund. A $20 re-boxing fee will also be deducted if the original box or packaging is not included with your return. As we cannot guarantee the comfort of our products, please make sure you are happy with your purchase before wearing outside.

Shipping
We use UPS Ground for our shipments. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, or PO Boxes.
