(d) to the purchaser (or prospective purchaser) of any business or asset which we are (or are contemplating) selling. Before you receive the disclosure, we must be able to identify you. Accordingly, you are required to provide sufficient proof of your identity to ensure the safety and security of your Personal Information. We will not provide you, edit, or delete your Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request. We reserve the right to decline your request where the information requested:

- is personal health information that was not provided to us directly by the individual requesting access;
- is not readily retrievable and the burden or cost of providing would be disproportionate to the nature or value of the information;
- does not exist, is not held, or cannot be found by us, could reasonably result in serious emotional harm to the individual or another individual, or serious bodily harm to another individual; or,
- may harm or interfere with law enforcement activities and other investigative or regulatory functions of a body authorized by statute to perform such functions.

Brown’s Shoe Fit Co. Free Shoes for a Year Campaign
- Eligibility:
The Brown’s Shoe Fit Co.Free Shoes for a year Campaign (“Campaign”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Brown’s Shoe Fit Co. employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Campaign Period:
The Campaign begins on September 19, 2025, and ends on September 19, 2026. All entries must be received during this period.
- How to Enter:
Customers must navigate to brownsshoefitco.com and submit their name, mobile number, and email address, opting in to receive marketing messages from Brown’s Shoe Fit Co. Customers will receive one (1) entry into the Campaign.
- Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded every three months from 9/19/2025 – 9/19/2026. The Grand Prize consists of free shoes for a year from Brown’s Shoe Fit Co. The value of this prize is limited to 2 pairs of shoes each calendar year: one pair in the Fall, one in the Spring, chosen at Brown’s Shoe Fit Co. closest to their current residence or brownsshoefitco.com The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- Winner Selection:
The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.The winner will be notified by email or phone within 30 days of the end of the Campaign Period.
- Winner Verification:
To claim the Grand Prize, the selected winner must provide proof of eligibility, including age and residency.The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a release of liability.
- Publicity:

- General Conditions:

- Limitation of Liability:

- Governing Law:
