Plush Waterproof Comfort for Any Trail or Weather
Stormy skies never cancel the run in the Topo Athletic Ultraventure 5 GTX Women’s. This plush trail runner combines high cushioning with natural foot shaped comfort. A recycled mesh upper with GORE-TEX Invisible Fit keeps rain, mud, and snow outside. Additionally, it moves smoothly from trail to road.
Underfoot, the Topo Athletic Ultraventure 5 GTX Women’s delivers soft, springy ZipFoam cushioning. This EVA and TPU blend holds its rebound for miles. Meanwhile, a 35 mm heel and 30 mm forefoot create a gentle 5 mm drop. As a result, every stride feels protected and smooth.
Inside, a roomy toe box lets your toes spread for natural balance. Furthermore, a snug midfoot and heel keep your foot secure on uneven ground. A padded collar and tongue add plush comfort around your ankle. The OrthoLite Performance footbed also provides soft, breathable support.
A Vibram Megagrip outsole grips confidently on wet rock, mud, and gravel. Consequently, you stay steady when trails turn slick and unpredictable. Moreover, the durable rubber holds up through high mileage training blocks. The lightweight build, about 9 ounces, keeps your legs fresh.
The Topo Athletic Ultraventure 5 GTX Women’s excels on long trail runs and rainy hikes. It also handles winter road miles and slushy neighborhood walks. In addition, the universal gaiter system blocks debris. Whenever weather turns wild, this shoe keeps you moving.
