Brown’s Shoe Fit Registered Apprenticeship Program
Not everyone wants the traditional college path—and that’s okay. At Brown’s Shoe Fit, we believe in earning while you learn and building real careers through hands-on experience.
Our Registered Apprenticeship Program is a nationally recognized training program approved by the U.S. Department of Labor. It’s designed to help motivated individuals gain real-world skills, earn a paycheck, and build a path toward leadership—and even business ownership.

What Is a Registered Apprenticeship?
A Registered Apprenticeship is a paid career training program where you gain real experience while learning the skills needed to succeed in business.
At Brown’s Shoe Fit, apprentices:
• Earn a full-time paycheck while training
• Receive scheduled raises as skills increase
• Learn through hands-on store experience and guided training
• Gain a nationally recognized credential
• Develop leadership and management skills
• Graduate with little to no student debt
Preparing Future Leaders
The Brown’s Shoe Fit apprenticeship is designed to prepare future leaders. Through our training program, you’ll gain:
• Hands-on retail and business management experience
• Online and in-store learning
• Mentorship from two experienced managers
• Leadership and financial management training
