Trevor

Hutchinson has always been home for Trevor. Born and raised here, he began working at Brown’s Shoe Fit as a high school senior in 2004 while attending Buhler High school, graduating in 2005. During that same time, he also attended Hutchinson Community College, earning certificates in mechanics and auto body technology before what started as a part-time job at Brown’s ultimately grew into a lifelong career.

Today, Trevor is proud to be back where it all started and lead the store that has served Reno County and surrounding areas for generations. As a locally owned and operated business, Brown’s Shoe Fit has built its reputation on personalized service, expert fitting, and genuine relationships within the community. For Trevor, Brown’s is about much more than selling shoes – it’s about helping people feel better on their feet and serving customers with honesty, care, and experience.

Whether helping someone find relief from foot pain, fitting customers who spend long hours on their feet, or scheduling fittings for nursing homes and assisted living residents, Trevor and his team are committed to helping people move through life with greater comfort, support, and confidence.

Outside the store, Trevor enjoys spending time with his wife, two girls, and their two Australian Shepherds and catching up with friends and family residing in Hutch. You can often find him investing in the Hutchinson community through volunteerism and continuing the hometown connections that first brought him through the doors of this store more than two decades ago.
