People that know me would best describe me as friendly and loyal, always willing to help if anything is asked of me.  I can honestly say that I feel like I have never met a stranger and can find something in common to talk about. I am a real people person.

Family is my top priority in my daily life.  I had 2 of the best people that child could ask for to lead by example. I try to do the same with my 3 children: Taylor 22, Lydia 16, and Grayson 13.  My family is very close and they are supportive in any endeavors that I try to pursue professionally and personally.

We all have teams that we enjoy and cheer for at our house. We can all agree on St Louis Cardinals & Iowa Hawkeyes.  Football we differ my team is Green Bay Packers (GO PACK GO), while the kids are die hard Chiefs fans.

When I am not working I like to enjoy athletic events, my kids activities, and family get togethers which are a whole lot of fun.  I also enjoy playing golf when time allows, doing yard work, and if I want to take it easy after a long day/week I have no problem just enjoying home.

I started my journey with Brown’s Shoe Fit in September 1998 working part time through college at our store in Mt Pleasant, Iowa. I enjoyed the business so much that I decided it was what I wanted as a career. I was fortunate to have some great mentors and build some lasting friendships along the way.
