About me:

I’m a husband to my wife Amanda and father to our son Sebastian. We LOVE spending time outside walking, playing at the park, and being in nature. 

I’ve been with Brown’s Shoe Fit for 5 years, but I also pull from 10 years+ experience as a competitive distance runner, and 3 years as a certified personal trainer. I have a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science from University of Central Missouri where I also competed in Cross Country and Track as a distance runner specializing in the 5,000m and 10,000m.

Some of my favorite things include:

Running, lifting, and cycling; watching the Kansas City Chiefs win; KC style BBQ, Indian, and Mexican foods; and music.
