Starting the Day the Brown’s Way
The morning kicked off at 10:00 AM with a presidential welcome from Brown’s Shoe Fit Co. President Cammie McKenzie. Cammie set the tone for the entire day — making every attendee feel seen, appreciated, and genuinely excited about the opportunity ahead. This wasn’t a formality. It was a reminder that leadership at Brown’s starts with caring about people.
From there, the group headed into a guided tour of the General Office, followed by time for informal mingling with the GO team. The goal was simple: let our team members see the people and systems behind the scenes that support all 73 store locations every day.
